In April '09 I'd begun an intensive exercise regimen, running 15-20 miles per week and religiously monitoring my calorie intake, and when 5 months of that had yielded many cardiovascular and strength benefits but NOT AN OUNCE of weight or size loss, I began to think Effexor might be to blame.
